Common questions
- What's your typical turnaround time?
- Most standard jobs (business cards, flyers, postcards) are ready in 2–3 business days. Rush and same-day printing is available — just ask and we'll tell you what's realistic for your job.
- What file formats and resolution do you accept?
- We accept PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, JPG, and TIFF files. For best results, submit print-ready PDFs at 300 DPI with 0.125" bleed. Not sure about your files? Send them over and we'll check for free.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- Nope. We handle short runs and single-piece jobs all the time — that's the advantage of digital printing. Larger quantities get better per-unit pricing, but there's no forced minimum.
- Can I pick up my order or do you ship?
- Both! Most local customers pick up from our shop on Holly Street in Park Hill. We also ship anywhere in the US — just let us know when you place your order.
